Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. A valid receipt is required for all returns. Please contact us at milkinbunnie@gmail.com to initiate the return process, and we will provide you with the return address. Please note that we can only accept items sent back after you receive our; any orders sent back before our authorization will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding!
Damages and issues
If you receive an item that is damaged or has issues, we kindly ask you to contact us so we can address the matter promptly. Please be aware that we do not take responsibility for damages or issues caused by the buyer. We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products and personal care products are not for returns due to hygiene and personalization reasons. We appreciate your understanding of this policy. If you have any questions, feel free to contact customer service team.

Exchange
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the one you currently have. Once return is accepted and received, you can make a new separate purchase for the item you'd like to exchange for. Refund
Once we receive your returned items, will notify you of their acceptance. Our team will inspect the items, and the return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7-10 business days Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
